This is a sudden decision during Chinese New Year of year 2013,and ,since it is near if drive from Penang, so we decided to drive there for a short trip to spend the day over there.
勿洞又称雾中山城，系泰国南部与马来西亚吉打州毗邻的一个边陲重镇，聚居着泰人、马来人和华人。华人约6万多，80%是广西同乡，故被誉为"广西村"。20世纪20年代从马来西亚迁徙到此开荒，以种植橡胶树为业。40年代末，大量广西华侨定居于此。
这个旅途主要是为了打发时间.在那儿逛街,买东西,吃东西. 我们早上从槟城出发到泰南勿洞,吃了午餐就驱车回到Sungai petani享用泰国餐[坤泰泰国餐Khun Tai Authentic Thai Restaurant].过后就回槟城.
